David Bueche

Board Member & Audit Delegate (Independent)

David Bueche holds a master’s degree in business administration from HEC Lausanne and is a Swiss Chartered Accountant. He is an independent member of several boards of directors and audit committees of companies subject to the supervision of FINMA.

He joined Arthur Andersen SA Geneva in 1986 as part of the ″audit financial markets″ division and was promoted in 1997 to the partnership in the audit division. From 2002 to end of 2018, he worked for Baker Tilly Spiess SA (member of Baker Tilly International, the 9th worldwide largest auditing network) as partner and head of the financial markets department. He looked after a wide variety of Swiss and international clients (internal audit, financial expertise, consulting, tax advice, directorship…). Since the 1st of January 2019, he is Managing Partner of DLB Consilium Sàrl, Geneva, a business consulting company.
